i craft sleeps of varying lengths and quality. i am not bound by societal norms of what sleep should be. nor will i heed the advice of so-called "health experts" who advise a full night of uninterrupted sleep. An hour here, two and half there - that's all a person really needs. And that sleep does not necessarily have to be restful sleep. I fill my sleep with strange dreams, contorted body movements, and odd breathing.
